Impossible to join regions

Hi, seems to be impossible to join a region, all region on the "join a game" is full.

 

its is just for me?

They were supposed to issue a patch that made regions with available cities appear at the top of the Join Games list.....I have not seen that happen yet.

Same problem over here, it takes ages to find a game to join!

Ive got the game for a week now and i did not find a online region wich i can join.

Too bad
