Buses get stuck at bus stops

Regional buses get stuck at bus stops. Usually one of them gets stuck and other buses keep coming and stopping at the same stop. This creates huge traffic problems. The buses will not move until I destroy the stop or turn the stop off.

Hmmm..  I've had problems similar to that when it was built too close to another intersection.  I ended up moving it slightly farther away and never had any problems since.   At least I think that was causing the issue.  Not sure...
