new player, looking for a game to play on a server that still has openings

Hi, my origin ID is Greenvile_cities and I am itching to get started. I had previously logged into north america west 2 but never created a region - my mistake apparently because now I can't play there. Apparently only Ocenaic servers and some of the european servers are available for me to play on. If you have regions on any of the servers that are still open to new players OR want to start a new region please let me know. I'm ready to start right now.

Current available servers are Europe East 1, 2, 3 and Oceanic 1 and 2 -  I am on 16 hours a day so I guess the zone doesn't really matter
