Anyone know how to reach Tech support?

I don't own the game my pc must be older then my dad's lol. However a friend called me since I repair computers etc and said his product code has already been used so he can't re-install SimCity. He said it also crashes when installing. I am guessing his PC can't handle the game but, I have no idea.

 

He said he is unable to find a support number and on Origin he can only send them a question via email and hope to get one back and said someone posted the same issue and have not heard back yet, Can anyone help or know a number he can call?

There should be a live chat system for origin - in the support section ...calling them will cost a fortune...

There is a contact us area to talk via live chat but the queue is often long.

You enter your  # and they call you I found the call me button and told him how to do it. Hopefully someone will call him. I think he may need a new computer.
