SimCity Graphics Card Help!

    Hello! I'm currently needing a new graphics card and need some help!

    PC: Dell Inspiron 531

    Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 5000+ 2.60GHz

    Ram: 4GB DDR2 (I think)

    CURRENT graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro

    I'm looking for a graphics card under £50 that will be best for this game. My card can currently run everything on low and shadows off decently. Has to be PCI-E or PCI-E 2.
