Rust Belt Landmarks

Hey dudes.

I'm working on a mod for GTA 4 that takes place in Carcer City. For those of you who don't know/aren't GTA/Manhunt nerds, Carcer City is a city in the rust belt based on numerous "Rust Belt" cities (Like how GTA 3-era Liberty City was based on numerous cities across America)

So, are there any good Rust Belt landmarks that I should include in the game/mod? If anybody would like to help code, make models, etc. send me a message and we can think something up

Isn't Carcer City based on Detroit?

I Doubt it. In GTA 3, the Lips 106 DJ said Carcer City was "Nearby". Assuming GTA-3 era Liberty City takes place in New York State (or Liberty State), then Buffalo would be a pretty safe bet.

Also, I know this is kinda off-topic, but would it be alright to ask some modelers here if they can help me make some buildings for the mod, or would that kinda be a dick move?
