Need help with custom content

    I'm just getting into the whole custom content thing here at simtropolis, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what to do after I download the actual lots. My dad is wary of anything i do to his computer so I want to make sure i know what the heck i am doing before I start. btw if there is an FAQ i didnt find on how to do this point me to it PLEASE.
