No cars!

Help me! Whenever I go into the UDI menu, it says that there are no cars for me to drive. I even put in fire stations, police stations, and nothing happens. When I make a sim, and drive my car, Is seems to be in autopilot and just goes straight. Anybody know what I should do? Has anyone had this problem before?

Bearing in mind that I believe that UDI is an utter waste of time, make sure you have it turned on. Press F3, and make sure the last icon at the bottom of the panel is set to on.

Also, make sure your graphics settngs allow at least a medium number of vehicles and that variable automata is on.

Beyond that, please post an image.

    Sorry, you have to click the bottom icon, then click the bottom on on the next panel.

    If you open the Sims menu (F3) you get two icons. Click on the bottom one. This gives you the controls for UDI. The one on the bottom is the on/off toggle.

    The instruction I gave you should have turned UDI off. If you still have car balloons, try again.
