Yeah, I have that problem too. I have the same modd and another for commerical. I think that it incress the develpment of Industry, but that doesn't mean that all your residents are going to flock to every ind. building and work there...urm46.gif Did I make any sense what so ever?42.gif

I could be wrong but I believe that the mod raises the capacity to 600 as a general rule.  It doesn't automatically mean that every industry is going to be at that amount the moment you build something.  You still need to supply all the different things necessary for good industrial development.  And not all industry has a capacity for 600 employees.  If you need a large capacity in one industrial lot then build a car factory or something like that which employees thousands.  Or am I missing the point?10.gif

Sounds like you are getting good #'s. My High Tech, High Wealth Industry 3X3,3X4,4X4 only employs max 71 people w/out plugin.

The industry quadrupler only quadruples the number of jobs it doesn't increase them to 600 you need a building with a normal capacity of 150 or higher to get 600 or more jobs and the HI-I building with the most jobs has only 109 so it can only get a total of 436. There is a D-I building that has like 153 jobs  so it would have 612 jobs.

    Hope this helps you.
