Add UDI Vehicles

 Hi

 Is there a way of adding extra vehicles to UDI?

 (There is, it has been done for the GLR Mod).

Can someone explain how to do this?

Are you talking about how to actually make new vehicles or just which ones when downloaded will add new vehicles to the UDI toolbar?

Yes, that's what he is talking about. Anyways, that is possible, but requires a lot of modding.

There is a tutorial on SC4D, FOrgot where it is.

The tutorial is found here for "re-skinning" automata that has already been made. (Note: To view this thread, you must be registered and signed in on the SC4 Devotion forums)  According to this thread, that is what you are asking to do, but if not I can provide the other way for you, as well.

I want to reskin i these into other airlines and add a new plane for each airline (UDI enabled). Is this possible?

Anyways, in order to do so, you'll need these things (IIRC)

1. Menu Icon and Exemplar

2. A special lot to spawn the vehicle from

3. An LUA script to handle spawning from the lot

4. The model and skins, referenced by the LUA script.
