No cars and black squares

Hi there,

I can't seem to see any cars on my roads when I'm looking at the city from a certain distance. Please see this image: Click. As you can see, cars, trains, helicopters, crowds etc. do not appear. However, they do when I  zoom in once more, but some cars etc. only half appear. 

Another problem I have is sometimes the base of buildings and parks go black. And sometimes I get these random buildings appearing on other buildings or in the middle of a road.

I downloaded that new graphics file in the pinned thread, but that didn't help. Nor did increasing my RAM (it's now 4GB). 

Any help would be appreciated as it does affect gameplay a bit.  Thanks!

As far as the traffic goes, have you tried to going into the graphics settings and setting it so you can see traffic from a farther out zoom?? I forget what it actually says in the game, but it is somewhere along those lines. If you have it set to the highest setting, you should be able to see the traffic when zoomed out. As far as the graphics glitch, I too have that problem and have no idea how to fix it...
