                Part 1: Planning>>

                Well hello there and welcome to my newest investment! I hope this one will turn out better then the last one I had. Honestly I really don't want to go there but it had to do with trying to manage an amusement park. The managing part was fine but one of my genius roller coasters had a massive failure and 80 people died.

                I'm sorry I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Theodore Milton, billionaire and entrepreneur.  After all those years in the entertainment business I have finally decided on settling down.  I am now planning on creating a beautiful city on some land I have recently purchased.

                The search for new land began in September 2003. I searched for five long years trying to find the best location for a new and improved city, when I found this land I knew it had to be mine. 

                After identifying some key features in the land, such as fertile areas, oil fields and places to lay down a nice resort I have developed a layout for my city shown in the picture below.

As of right now we only have a few major roads in Clearhaven. The main highway in the city is I240 which moves north to south. I240 is intersected by I240E/I240W depending on which side you are on. City Hall is currently located on Cedar Rd, whether this will be changed in the future is yet to be seen.

                 Off of I240W lies Redwood St which runs north and south, it is the main avenue is the business district.  Way out east is the very busy and growing Industrial Dr.

                The next update will consist of the first construction of I240 and the interchange, Town Hall and the beginning of the residential construction.

Part 2: Road and residential>>

                It is now December and the construction on I240 is complete. Here is a couple of pictures of the interchange for I240.

After so many months of road construction we have finally built City Hall and let me tell you it was real nice to finally have something standing. It was the first sign that the city was ready to go.

While the City Hall building went up our first residences began to pop up. First the unqualified workers moved in creating the first shops.
