Super Choppy Performance

Does anyone know how to fix the super choppy performance from the game.  The bigger the city the slower and chopper my moves are around it.  I downloaded the update from ASPYR.com but that didnt help at all?

Anyone know what to do?

Aspyr did a horrible job with sc4, i have problems with it constantly, nothing like the rest of the mac experience.

Reducing the resolution, number of shadows and cars, etc helped

Use the EDIT function if you want to add more to your post.

Adjust your graphic settings, get more RAM, or play in a Window. I play SC4D on both an iMac 2.8 and a PowerBook G4 667 DVI and the only thing I have that is choppy is the UDI on the PowerBook.
