Elektric and Water cheat problem...

Hello , i have a problem i searched but cant find.. Any change to cancel water and eletric cheat?

If that doesn't work, try to type in the cheat again. (i don't actually know because i use two extremely high capacity lots that i got of the stex or the lex, it makes life much easier. Just a pointer ;-))
