help needed to install RTMTV3

hi, i am struggling with the RTMTV3. i used a previous version but i cannot get my old cities to work as before and in new cities i just get brown boxwes. i have read the 'readme' over and over but i must have done something wrong

The default version of RTMTV3 should have no dependencies, and therefore no brown boxes. Perhaps you ran the main installer but didn't run one (and only one) of the prop installers?
