In the past 20 years, a lot has changed in Vespa City. the city has started to introduce a mass transit system. the population has more than doubled from 22,000 to over 53,000. the city has developed a downtown area. you can see all of this in the following video. please note that this will be the last update that i do in video form

The unused land across the river was planned by the mayor to be of the highest density. here is what has happened in the past couple of years

new housing has been constructed by the most recent commercial development. the residential population is now at 99,004 Sims

The pas two years has brought more commercial development. also here is what i plan to do for the next residential growth

The dirt sidewalk isn't very good in your downtown...........but except for that your city is very liveable.....keep it up!

Cioppo the reason the roads are like that is because i still use a road mod for country like settings. i would remove it but i have no idea where it is in my plugins folder.

In the past 30 years in Vespa City, the City has become the corporate capital of the State.

This will be my last update for Vespa City. Why? because i have fully developed the entire area. This Video will show the most recent development.

I agree with danielcote, these updates are quick! You may want to utilize a photo editing program to get larger pictures. 800x600. Not to say they aren't good. You definitely have a variety of BATs out there. Good work and congratulations on the completion of this City Journal.

danielcote i like to have updates in advance. the last update was my first update to Howardville but i have up to 10 updates to Howardville now. i could stop playing the game for 4 days and still be able to update.

Howardville has seen the development of some new houses and shops. it has been about one month since the last update.
