Sandy Brook is known to many sims as a place to get back with nature. with Trees stretching out for many miles, The Sims come to Sandy Brook to just simply relax. The Area is very calming and even is said to cure certain sicknesses. Sims from all over the Region haved stated that they would like to build houses out near the lakes but have yet to acquire enough money. recently a wealthy tycoon has been loaning out money to these sims so they can build their dream homes. i dont have any pics yet but i will in 5 minutes or so.

There are three lakes in the Sandy Brook Area.

This is Redman Lake. this lake is very popular during the Fall and Winter months.

    Redman Lake

This is Kenmore Lake. this lakes is very popular only during the Summer months. there is talk of building a football field near this lake.

    Kenmore Lake

This is Roosevelt Lake. it is very popular during the spring months. there is a planned baseball field and softball field near this lake.

    Roosevelt Lake

No Sim can live forever and when its their time you want to be sure that they can have the proper resting place. this is the regions only cemetery.

    Sandy Brook Cementery

This Road is often called the road to nowhere. no sim knows where this road ends or where it starts but it is claimed that the road ends in a ghost town 505 miles away from Sandy Brook. its proper name is Lakeshore Road

Good nature, and the gardens is a nice touch, don't see many gardens here. (from my point of view anyway) I wonder where all the sims that are enjoying the nature live. lol

Sandy Brook has seen its first real development. the first development has happened between the intersections of Lakeshore Road and Fredrick Road. a couple of houses and a few stores are just a start to this area. the population of Sandy Brook stands at 70

Further along down the road there is a farm starting to develop

In the past couple of months, not much has happened in Sandy Brook. the town has expanded to the other side of Fredrick road around the Water Tower

    Photobucket

Down the road from town a second farm has been growing. the sims who own the farms are known as some of the nicest people in all of the region.

and lastly this resort hotel was recently constructed for any traveler who needed a break from the road.

Nice scenery in your CJ, it's going very well. I like the quaintness. And, already a resort hotel? There should be a smaller one, two or three star.

in town the air is clean and the people are nice to one another. the towns population is 302 sims and recent development as happened across the street from the hotel

    Photobucket

The farming community is starting to expand because of good land and the fact that there is no taxation on agricultural
