Weird Graphics

Hey everyone I've got a little problem with the graphics in Simcity 4. Ever since I reinstalled it, the graphics have been glitchy. Here are some pictures that I took that show the weird graphics. I have circled the graphics glitches with red. It sort of looks like little squares.

It usually happens on shorelines, around smoke or dust, with vehicles, and various others.

Does anyone have a solution to this? It gets very annoying.

I can't see you pictures, so I'm not sure, but from what I read I believe your problem is this (Click here)

Do what's said in the thread (re-installing the drivers) and normally the problem should disappear. If not, then I'm afraid you'll have to buy a new Video Card.
