Hours after the fall of El Navidad, Chaos ravaged the world. Finance, Politics, Diplomacy, Security and Existence were in complete disarray. News quickly spread in a matter of seconds.

On the night of April the 10th, a press conference was held at the White House.

Everyone, the Secretary of Defense.......

Secretary of Defense: Ladies and Gentlemen, you may take your seats.

(press starts to shout questions)

Secretary of Defense: Everyone Calm down. Yesterday, at seven o'clock local time, nineteen atomic explosions were heard. Satellite trajectory imposes that the place is El Navidad. We sent our first fleet to Hudson Bay. The primary details we had was only that the whole city is leveled. On the exact time of the explosion, an EMP wave travelling at a distance of 10 kph spread throughout the east coast shutting down everything on its way. Even the carrier fell. Right now the White House is powered with emergency generators. Our Nation is secured you don't need to worry.

(press starts to shout questions, criticizing the statement)

Secretary of Defense: Everyone, to further tell you about the exact event, please welcome President Peter Arches of the Republic of Sigle.

(press starts to aggressively shout questions)

Peter Arches: In supplement of the Secretary's details. Almost all in the central part of City is dead. The scientific institute of Sigle University has sprayed a secret chemical to get rid of the radiation . Initial Cost of the destruction is $ 1 000 000 000. In order to calm down the world market, I have agreed to move all stocks of El Navidad Stock Exchange to the Philippines and US.  Everyone, our emergency shelters are alright, but we need your support and prayers. Thank you. Now for questions.

CNN: Sir, Secretary Phil Dy annnounced today about 1 million sigle citizens died, it is true?

Peter Arches: Actually more than that died....

FOX NEWS: Sir, who do you think did this?

Peter Arches: Our Intelligence Network breached a secured line before the incident, we traced it and saw that it was redirected from the CIA server 5-from Mindanao of the Philippines. CIA and FBI are now investigating about this line.

A complete tragedy, i mean sending a message to a government is one thing, but throwing the entire world into chaos. I don't know if anyone is capable or wanting of that to happen.

Hello Everyone..... I can't update you about the reconstruction...i'm still finishing it. But, i have a newspaper to show...featuring franklin country. I like the storyline CJ. (I will also feature the CJs of those who always comeby my CJ....) my next update would be the reconstruction of El Navidad!

Update:

On the first days of the evacuation, an emegency shelter was built at the outskirts of El Navidad. Out of 1.9 million people, 3000 people survived. President Peter Arches was in great grief not only because of the disaster but also because of his family. His wife and three children didn't make it. Their last track was on the Palace of Justice, one of the ground zeros of the city, This grief he had didn't stop him. Instead, it made him stronger and willing to reform and remake Sigle!

After three days, the mastermind was captured. He was Abu Walay-utok, the leader of the Abu-Heler. Abu-Heler is a rebel group in Mindanao. He was sentenced to Nuclear Death. He was tied to a nuke that was launched unto space.

No more threat was detected. The world became ordinary once more. Peter even declassified a file containing the emergency shelter:

After the chemical (a secret formula created by thr University of Sigle) was sprayed unto all the affected land. Radiation quickly cease to exist. People were already released from containment. Washington DC, New Jersey and Philadephia were declared safe. Peter asked Paulo (his cousin, the city planner) to create a small town plan for the 3000 people left. Paulo was lucky because he was creating a village plan in his pass time. They decided to name it Sigloston. El Navidad was declared close--restricted to workers only. Paulo told Peter to let him remake El Navidad. Peter Agreed. He gave him 5 years (because the city was really full of rubble-lots of them.

The town was constructed:

Peter created a revolutionary Government. Democracy and civil rights were retained. It was composed of three branches, executive, legislative and judicial. The executive branch was headed by Peter and his twelve advisors. The legislative branch was unicameral for the meantime and was headed by the senate president together with his twelve senators making them 13 in all. The judicial branch was headed by one Justice and 5 lawyers. They all worked on the Town Hall at the middle of the village:

After three months, the Sigloston's upper village was complete:

The train station leads to the United States. US granted Sigle Citizens a no need-visa&passport-travel. Most of the citizens work outside of Sigle because industry and commerce was still under construction. Meanwhile, after three more months, the city extended southwards and New Train Station was built.

Note: that is south of the first village built. It looks like its beside the first village but it isn't.

Now, for the update:

a little info: Sigle is the country. It is divided into cities, example of which is El Navidad. The City is divided into districts, example of which is Sigloston.

Overview:

El Navidad:

Established Districts: Sigloston

Sigloston is the first established district of El Navidad after the Nuclear Devestation. Much of the survivors live in here. Remember, that on the preceding update, that village is Sigloston.

As the population increased to 24 000 in a matter of six months due to increase of filipino immigration. Sigloston quickly developed. The proposed commercial district of Peter Arches was a complete success. He called it the Siglos Business Park because it would be leased to the Siglos group of Companies. During the first months of construction, crew workers started to paint the ground brown. In five months-the district was filled by office spaces:

The lands all around it developed instantly because of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) imgrating. Soon the city prospered.

As the population increased more developments happened. In virtue of the presidents act, a Legislative building was created to the north because the lawmakers was getting many. After the building was complete, the legislation became bicameral and so was the Congress Born, 13 Senators and 30 Representatives: ( a statue was built in comemmorating peter arches for his outstanding performance outside)

Another improvement was the memorial. Peter decreed a memorial to be built as as symbol for those who died. Paulo was tasked once more. It was a bell tower which sounds at the exact time of the incident.

Remember that the population increased. Transportation improved as Peter order the contruction of the Sigloston Rail Transit. It has a record of 3000 train movements local and outside. As this record, many trains move at one time resulting to two collision of  trains in this caption:

Various groups were attracted to Sigloston. The Rotary Club launched their own branch here and called it the Rotary Club of El Navidad. They were stationed on their newly constructed coutry club:

And another breaking research was done by the University of Sigle. Before, in the bottom of the Old New York City, there were lots of oil deposits. Now, as the university discovered the site, Peter ordered this oil to extracted and to be used for military equipment. Therefore, Lanug Oil Fields was founded:

Another great happening happened ot Sigloston. An apparition of Blessed Virgin took place on April 16, five days after the Nuclear devestation. A local parish built a church on the exact place and called it Simala because the Virgin Mary that appeared was the same as the image found in Lindogon, Cebu, Philippines:

After a year. El Navidad was again a world spot!

Nicely done! Those government charts are both realistic and complex. When I did mine, I just had a few boxes on it; this is about as RL as a organizational chart can get. And of course the city is looking great. Great stuff!

After the the anniversary celebration of Sigle. More commercial, residential and industrial entities flourished in Sigloston. The Siglos Business Park or now known as the downtown grew higher then ever. Lots of building were constructed:

Now that the commercial sector rose instantly, the demands for employees skyrocketed. President Peter created a plan which he called Residential Plan which aims to create land for real estate. When it was finished, it became a full seccess:

As said, the industry boomed in Sigloston. Manufacturing Corporations knocked at the president's door begging for space. President Peter then inaguarated the Sigloston Light Industrial Park:

The populace has grown big enough for large improvement. Peter tasked Paulo to expand the transportation of the district. Paulo mandated the replacement of the old station.
