Buildings Bases Messed Up

I was growing some buildings aroudn my city and noticed a weird find. Most of the bases are messed up. For homes, the whole lot is grass, no driveway or anything. Some commercial buildings are that way too. I do have that mod that lets all buildings be ploppable, if that effects it. Any help? I'll try to see if I can post pictures.

It sounds like you have the city details turned to low. If you go to the graphics settings (4 icons right of the save icon), and for City Details, turn it onto high. Let it be known, it will cause the game to run slower if it is having trouble running now. I don't know about the mod with the ploppables.
