How to install: "URBAN HOUSING MOD"

Hi everyone,

 I m pretty new to installing mods etc. i didn't encounter any problems so far, untill this. i have absolutely no clue how to install this. The mod is called URBAN HOUSING MOD. And to install it, i have to replace some files, but i don't know where these files are located. There is no read-me at the mod and at the description. there is no information on how to install it at all. 

I did search and google it. But i didnt find anything usefull on installing this. 

I did unzip it into my plugins folder, but nothing happen jet.

Could someone please help me? Cause i really want to install this mod.

There's no file replacing...just put them in your plugins folder...
