How do I uplaod my downloads to my simcity?

I'm a complete newb at downloading things if someone could help me on how to get my downloads to my SimCity 4 that would help. THNX

Go here and read this thread. At the bottom of page one, I list how you unzip the zipfolder to your plug-ins folder. It's easy stuff and no worries mate; we all start someplace.
