Well lets start with correct spelling, then asking a good question and not just a general question. Also what would of been good before you started this topic would of been doing some research on the subject and then asking about what you don't understand.

muilirk: First, welcome to simtropolis. You will find a lot of information here that will be useful to you in making mods. I would suggest as Stewy13 says that you browse the forums for a bit and see what information you can find.

Secondly please don't bump your threads. This is against the forum rules as it disrupts the flow of the conversation and is considered spam. It may take a while for someone to answer your question, especially if it is a technical one, as not all people here are interested in the technical side of the game. It is quite reasonable to wait 24-48 hours before you get a response. It is not reasonable to expect a response within 40 minutes as you did. Please be patient.

There is a Tutorial here which is rather old now, I'm not sure if there is a more up to date one around somewhere:

Timotheuss Custom Water - Request your own special water!

I wouldn't suggest actually making a request of Timotheuss as I don't think he is taking requests anymore, but the tutorial in the first post should show you what to do.

There may also be some information here that might be useful:

Extracting the game's textures. (SC4 Devotion Tutorial)

This tutorial by Thalassicus on terrain textures might be helpful: Make your Own Custom Terrain!

This one might help: Water terrain properties (SC4 Devotion)

I found these with a simple forum search on both websites. For future reference, if you search first, you don't have to wait as long to get your answer.
