I have to say D, after all it's the farming of lifestock, in this case fish.

I say you should make both a farm and the park that exists in real life. Seperate lots of course.

I would vote for a farm. Maybe it's just me but a fish hatchery doesn't sound like something interesting to go and see (a landmark) nor like something I'd like to live near (a park).

I just got the bat back last night and well for the farm if I were to use this bat it would be a large farm.

 

12x12 lot size.

 

Thanks for all your suggestions I may make them all...LOL maybe....

 

I will start with a LandMark then a Park and package them together and you can use which ever you prefer.

 

I will upload the Farm Version at another time.
