Citizens

I was wondering if their would be sims our citizens in City Life. If there was I got to thinking that the person could be yourself and you could control them in the game. For example you could create a citizen and send them to school and eventually they would buy a house and possibly have a family. I thought about this and this might be too much but I do think the idea of real estate should be mixed in to the game. From mayor mode you could possibly switch over to a citizen and buy property and sell it. If you own a small house their is the possiblity that you could build something else. It would have to be realistic so you do not buy everything and build anything you want. But I like the idea of buying or selling property in and having property value.
 What do other people think about this, I would like to know. 

Do you like this idea, think it is stupid, or do you have another idea similiar to this? Thanks to all who reply.

Sounds interesting but not everything u mentioned should be in City Life. I like the part about creating a citizen which is similar to Creating " My Sims" in SC4. However, i dont think it should be as complicated as sending them to school, having a family, and selling property. All of this sounds like it belongs in a game like "The Sims" Series. But, the part about creating sims sounds like a great feature 2 add.
