    The UOB Plaza was locked by an STEX mod after an STEX related bug caused the download link and picture to brake.

    I know this because I downloaded this BAT before the problem occurred and it has no bugs or problems. It should really be un-locked now because the problems seem to be fixed, however if you want, you can still download it from the STEX server.
