BSC parks under elevated rail

Hi,

I've got most of the BSC parks. I like building promenades and so in my cities. I've got a problem though : I use elevated railway. Sometimes, it crosses my park. I haven't found any piece yet that allow me to build below it to have a continuous path. It exists for the  canals (it's tagged 1+1R and 1+1L pieces : you put one piece on one square down but the canal draws on two adjacent squares. The second square is not considered as "built upon" so that it's possible to use that under bridges, under el.railways ...)

Does that piece exist ? If no, is it easy to create it ?
