Error 403 - forbidden

With my new PC (zone alarm on or off) I can't download anything from STEX or Modds or (etc. etc. ....)

Yes - I'm logged on when I try.

Yes - I've lowered my firewall (no difference).

What could be the problem ?

I can't download anything either. However, I did just get back from my dad's house which has a horrible internet connection. Once I have enough time, I'll have to check if I can download anything again. *leaves now for dinner*

Neither of you have said, but what O/S are you running?  If Vista, look at its security stuff, because I think it wants to baby you and protect you from things that go bump in the night.

None. I simply havn't recieved an error and it allows me to download as I did before.

Well, there can be lots of finger pointing.  Each node on your route could have something to do with it.  Of course, the server may have had a hairy or something too.
