RMIP Problem

I Have All The RMIP Packs Except The RMIP Managemnet Lot Thingy And In The Readme It Says That There Is Now Placement Helpers But When I Play The Game No Placement Helpers Appear.Is There Anything Else I Need To Download For Them To Work?

I have all the RMIP packs but my airport menu is so huge and I cant build the runway and taxiway puzzle peices, and I need help
