Traffic lights on the wrong side of the intersection?

hello, my traffic lights, and stop signs are on the wrong side of the intersection. What could be wrong? 

I have the English Euro version of the game, so my cars drive on the left, but the traffic lights are as if the cars are driving on the right. 

Any help would be appreciated

there are 2 ways to fi it

1:get a hack changing the traffic lights

2: open regedit and find simcity then open up the languages file and change it from 13 to 2-12(decimal) this will change it to a language and switch the side of the road

I suggest you download the Network Addon Mod (NAM) and install it using the left-hand drive option.  This may or may not fix your problem, but all the network changes.

I really thank you for this as I had a problem with the cars driving on the wrong side of the road after doing a bunch of modding, and this showed me how to put them back to american style, really cool, you saved my gameplay
