that is not a mod he is using, if the slope for each tunnel is thesame and same lenth long it can be done quite easily... infact i do that all the time, all you need is NAM

On a flat terrain you could use the hole digger lots available on the STEX and on uneven terrain drag two streets two or more tiles long parallel, where you want to build the tunnle

Imprezza05 : I have tried this but it does not work , even for bridges , my dream is to but a road and rail bridge next door , almost touching maybe i am doing somthing wrong
