Abandoned buildings...

I have alot of residential buildings that are abandoned.. BTW they are powered, have water, have high desireabilty, work is near by and traffic is good..

in my game i got the same problem, to solve that , i built some parks and church next to them, and all the abandoned, became filled again...

i built parks plazas police stations everything and nothing happened..

Your residential should be mixed with a light sprinkling of commercial low and, maybe, medium.  People need corner stores, etc.  Parks, plazas and playgrounds are also good.
