Try and clean the disc carefully.

If you just bought it, then the CD is malfunctioning. You may be eligible under the 90-day limited warranty, which says that the game guaranteed from defects for 90 days.

try taking the music out and put it in a folder in my documents thats what i have done it sure saves on loading time
