This is syth, its a city in progress north east of new zurich, i always plan out my downtown, looking for the best building combination, then destroy it all and start building the city, progressivly building the skyscrapers. I do this because if i started growing while these buildings were still here it would be fairly wacky and difficult to grow everything.

Sorry for the belatency! My internet has been acting funny alot lately!

So heres were new zurich started..or were i started new zurich. Its doesnt have alot of custom stuff but ill show it anywayzz.

This avenue goes all the way to syth.Which is a nieghboring city im currenbtly producing on the other side of the mountains

This bridge leads to lake cupil..which is a small resort/ farming town.

And because i made you fellow posters wait ill post a bunch of the better looking north new zurich.

this is what i think is one of the most realistic looking and most american looking pictures.

Lakeside houses can cost up to 400K in north new zurich, msotly cause of the clean air from the river, The river(Which i forgot its real name) has one of the msot cleanest ph levels among american cities.

Sorry for another belatancy, i have been fairly ill the last week, and ive been sleeping alot. So without further ado heres more southwest new zurich(Yay more suburbs)

As you can plainly see this is the furthest south west point of the city, with all its hillyness.

Here it goes!

Cupil lake lies north of new zurich and lies west of Syth

Population is about 5,000

Cupil lake was original a slough made by the farmers. But it later was reinvented and reconstructed to be a beatiful lake with no connecting bodies of water.

Hope you like your house buddy, its in a fairly busy area of the city but its a nice area. and the tower is open 24/7..and if i didnt mention befor it has a great view of New Zurich and Neighboring Syth(which we might take a look at next update.)

I am suprisingly impressed by this CJ, in areas it reminds me of Astoria, by MayorTim. But I think you should get rid of those walls in the second to last update, they stick out quite a bit. But apart from that, good work!

Interesting City with nice terrain, this looks promising.

Some annotations:

Where did you get that Powerplant from? I've never seen it before.

I use that one very often, looks good and is quite economically.

Where did you get those parking lots? They're looking very good.

You should really think about a modest slope mod, some of your roads are looking a bit dangerous to drive on.

The Farming area (Something I've been experimenting with myself in the last days): Leave a gap between the farms and the roads, connect them with small, short streets, then fill the gaps with trees. Combine that with some more irregular layouts and you will get a very realistic looking farming area.

The Retaining walls: I wouldn't use that muich retaining walls in the residential sector, better use some tree-filled lots like these:

Just ask yourself, if you would live in one of those houses, woukd you rather like to look at a concrete wall or at some trees while sitting in your garden?

And one last thing: Plant some trees in the gardens of the low density residential sectors, usually you can virtually see, how the land-prices are climbing. And it looks much better this way.

I hope you don't get all this critiques wrong, as I said, this looks very promising, I especially like the overview-shots, so keep up the good work.
