About Chelsea Tower

Im installed Chelsea Tower to my Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition.

Im runned the simcity 4 deluxe,i'm constructed Chelsea Tower but at night this tower isn't open the its lights. It always have a dark  view.

There is a patch available on te EA site, it allows custom content nightlights. It isn't just this one, but if you download others, I'm sure others will be dark. Nice city you have there!

i'didn't see any info about ''nite lights'' on the official site. i think i must log-in to system but i haven't got a license key.
