Help with Plugin

I was told by Barb that I had old plugin props.  But I don't understand and need help.  How can I find the old ones?  Also where do I get the new ones?  You may see the message from Barbie at my posting of the CP Birthing Center and the others.  Thank you in advance.

What I would try is to go to 'View' on the main menu of the plugin page, click on 'detail', and you will see four rows. The last row is the date it was modified on. I hope that helps out to find the old plugin props.

If  you have any of those files in your plugins then they are the ones to remove especially when lotting. You need to get the Maxis files - available from the official site or here: https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=105&threadid=80054&enterthread=y&STARTPAGE=1#last

I am a little illerate on finding the files I need to delete can anyone help?  Where and how do I find them?

The files you need to delete should be in either MyDocuments\SimCity 4\Plugins - possibly in a sub folder - or in C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins.

Despite all the help and advice offered both in this thread, the other thread referenced above and also by PM you still have Plugin_RCI_Buildings_Prop_Modd.dat in your plugins folder when you are lot making. Your latest upload needs that file as can be seen from the attached LE picture.
