Pointer help...

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum which seems an excellent source of all things SC4.  I've got a problem..my mouse pointer locks up but I am still able to carry out all functions, without actually seeing the pointer!  I tried searching but couldn't come up with anything.  Could anyone point me in the direction of the updates or any other things that could be useful?  I'm using SC4 with Rush Hour and no downloaded STEX etc or updates.

mine was locking up i had to buy a new one but then i found out it was the hub bummer

yes i did now i find out it was the 4 port hub thats on the way out

thanks..i'm not very technical and don't know what a four port hub is! would buying a new mouse solve it for me? i could do with a new notebook mouse since the last one broke! thanks again

its where you can plug in more usb accessorys the wire on my mouse isnt very long so i have a hub plus its handy if you have other usb things,i would say it might solve your problem and check your settings
