Well The Hobbit are getting better at carving homes out of the hills. No more rough looking side. Mr. Bolger is currently building his house right now. Windows will be placed on the side of the hill this time.

May have some other interesting things added also.

As you can see this house is right out of a hill. Mr. Bolger is a wonderfull builder and may help with other homes as well. Mr Bolger is well off and thus his home will be somewhat larger than the other hobbit homes around town. He is a farmer of corn which you will see his corn soon. He also helps Mr Sandyman with the mill and other things as well. Buckland is getting off to a good start.

I like where you're going with this. Is that lot we're seeing going to look as though it's built into the the side of a hill? Because that's exactly what it looks like you're going for with both the picture and the layout of your hills and whatnot. Getting that illusion is KEY for this project, and I'd say you're getting there.

You probably wont find these on the STEX I am not sure I want to uplod these props as the STEX is getting pretty well filled up with props.

hello everyone who reads this thread. Sorry its been a day or two since my last update but I have a really big update comming in a couple of days.

 

In my despiration to get this CJ to represent The shire More I went in search of information such as Farming and other means of getting money. I also got very frustrated with the current map as there are rivers and lakes still missing. So I am currently working on a new map. This on will not be on the stex at all.

 

I will have a story line for you as well as some new lots for the CJ. It will probably take me a good two to three days to get the map compleated sooner if I have more time. And another week to get the new lots in place.

 

Also I'll be making some water pumps in the form of winmills for this CJ as well.

Grapes

 

So keep an eye on this CJ as you will not see these on the stex anytime soon.

Here is what I have allready. The lighter lines represent the roads of NORTH,SOUTH,EAST,WEAST Farthings. This map is the shire only. (Hobbiton) The darker lines and areas filled in with black are the rivers and lakes. Soon I will have in the Marshes and mountians and hills.

 

Sorry I keep changing maps this is the last one however as this map is exactly what I wanted since My CJ is only on HOBBITION.
