Modding Question

I recently downloaded the New Plaza's 3.0 mod from CitiesXS, put the mod in my Paks directory and so on. Everytime I go into the game I cannot find it. I've looked under the plazas section, envirnmental section... Everywhere! I tried putting the file into a Zipped folder and then extracting the files again, still nothing. Can anyone help me out here? I downloaded Sanbox mode, Tree mod, and lower bridges mod. All three of those work, but this plaza mod will not.

The only thing that seems odd is that every other file in the Paks is listed as a Patch file, while the Plaza mod remains a RAR file no matter what do with the zipping and extracting of the files.

Uhm, have you deleted the previous version of the Plaza Mod?

You might want to re-download and extract it again. Do you have a RAR. extractor, it's different then ZIP. files.

Windows doesn't have a program to extract RAR. files (build-in).

I got mine working, although I don't have version 3... 34.gif

How did you fix it, I have same exact problem. I downloaded several mods, put them in my PAK folder, and they aren't showing anywhere. I can't even find the files onto my computer. I need help.

I fixed the problem. I just had to download the mod files into another new folder, and then manually drag the files to the PAK folder and it worked. Thanks anyway!
