This post is an index of all files I have uploaded to the STEX to date and will be updated periodically as new lots are released.     B62 Remastered (all BATs by @Bobbo662) For those of you who did not know, @Bobbo662 (B62 for short) was a prolific batter in the very early days of SimCity 4 ... around the time the renowned @SimGoober was only starting to release content (think 2004-05). After creating dozens of lots and buildings he became "burnt out," and after numerous parent cohort issues were discovered with most his lots (which caused the buildings to not appear at all), he removed all of his lots from the STEX and LEX (with the two exceptions of Lowes and Red Roof Inn) forever. They remained on an external hard drive lying around his house collecting dust until I contacted him over Facebook asking if I could use them for personal reasons. He graciously agreed and sent me the 150+ mb file of all the content he had. After upgrading the first lots to 2015-ish standards (what I considered to be 2015 standards, at least). I decided that others might like these too, and thus the "B62 Remastered" line was launched.

It turns out, however, that B62 was actually in possession of about half of what he created.
