I posted in another thread about this as well but I am having problems rendering newly downloaded region maps. I'm following the instructions fairly well I think, and I have triple checked my processes, starting over from scratch each time. I am having a problem with the region image shown after rendering, and this occurs whether I use software or hardware rendering. (I am using a 3GB GTX 580, so that was a surprise.) The error - with that blue stripe at the bottom of large city tiles - appears every single time. When I go into the city though - the city tile itself does not show any errors. Updating the city with development and saving that does not solve the problem, nor does adjusting the city tile edges. i've hunted and hunted around, but haven't found anything other than several references to the step by step instructions for installing maps. Again, I've followed them closely. I have turned off my antivirus, any extraneous tasks, and have nothing open except the game when rendering. I even disabled my second monitor.
