This is one of the buildings I hate the most. It is classified as Level 1, so it instantly spawns when there is an unoccupied zone. The 3-storey building only has a 1x2 base. Maybe the region is Japan? Default Stats Zone: Residential Low-density Level: 1 (low-wealth cims) Lot size: 2x2 (can expand to 2x4) Detail Pictures Default Colour Variations & Illumination Yellow, Red, Green, Blue! No way to get rid of the green borders and the violet canopy...   Improved Colour Variations Not much to improve here...
