This would be one of my favourite low-density assets! If the colours were right. I'm also not sure if this should be classified as a low-wealth buildings. This one was also added in the After Dark update, and just like many of the other added assets, it is quite large (> 500m²) compared to the other assets. It also does not utilize colour variations, so the only thing we can do is replace the texture!
