Transit-Enabling Non-Maxis Networks
How can I transit enable lots for GLR, HRS, GHSR, RHW, NWM etc.? I use the SC4Tool for maxis-enabling, but how do I enable for these? Use the base network? (All except RHW?) or just another tool?
