Need to fill your diagonal streets with undesirable slums? Here's a low-wealth block that houses 144 sims.  Since it is overhanging from 1x1 lots, therefore unlikely to grow exactly where you want it, I recommend using the "lotplop" extracheat (look for "R$_JFF Tenement 04 A/B") and then the wonderful Growify DLL selecting high density.  The model is a true 3d that can be viewed from any angle and allows for MMPs to be plopped in the parking area.
