Serving one-of-a-kind menu items, Arby's is well known for slow-roasted and freshly sliced roast beef sandwiches and famous Market Fresh sandwiches, wraps and salads, made with wholesome ingredients and served with the convenience of a drive-thru.   This comes with a Landmark ploppable and a growable C$$ lot. Lot size for Plop is 5x3 and Growable version is 4x2. It costs 100 to build, 10 to demolish. Very low pollution levels and 10 energy/3 water consumption. The growable version provides 20 Low Commercial Service jobs and 5 Medium Commercial Service jobs. I couldn't make a C$$ Ploppable lot because SC4PIM(X-tool) doesn't work with my Windows 7 64bit SP1 system.
