REWORKED and REMASTERED - I bring you England's most zany 'house'. It was originally built in 1923 to function as the water tower for the holiday village of Thorpeness, and disguised as a house to avoid the eyesore. Then in 1977 the town was connected to mains water supply and the 'House In The Clouds' was converted to actual living space, which tourists can stay in.   For this improved version, the model has been re-scaled, along with better textures and improved nightlights. What's more is a much more accurate recreation (window placement, and the minor fact that there are two chimneys!).   You can plop this in your own regions either as a landmark or a functional water tower - ideal for attracting tourists to your small towns, or supplying water to rural areas. I have not included a residential version this time, because you wouldn't want more than one of these to grow!   Both versions sit on a 2x2 lot. Both lots look the same. There is just one dependency, which is the BSC Dirt Track Texture Pack - without this the lot will look slightly incomplete. Now without further ado, here are the stats:   Landmark Lot Plop cost: §30,000 Monthly cost: §50 Bulldose cost: §4,950 Landmark effect: 12 over 16 tiles Mayor rating increase: 3 Power consumed: 1 Water consumed: 5 Garbage produced: 5 Air pollution: 1 over 5 tiles Water pollution: 1 over 6 tiles Flammability: 45 Max fire stage: 2 Water Tower Lot Plop cost: §1,500* Monthly cost: §50 Bulldose cost: §100 Water produced: 4,800* Power consumed: 1 Air pollution: none Water pollution: none Flamability: 30 Max fire stage: 2 *Costs ten times as much as the normal water tower to plop and bulldose. But in return you get twice as much water for the same monthly cost
