OK so after a lot of trial and error I've finally figured out low wealth and medium wealth tourism and hotels.  It's beautiful!  With a really nice revenue stream with motor cross and rock concert in addition to my half a million casino revenues, I'm going to play around with high wealth casino, and high wealth tourism.  I'll have to get to 75k population eventually to get tourism module for town hall, as I'll need some form of high wealth landmark.  I really don't want my city to get to any higher population then that, so I'll likely make a utilities town hall in a neighboring city.  I'll use that city for a airport great work.  At 75k population I'll feel comfortable converting those two expo centers into a stadium, but not until I get my high wealth going strong.  I'll keep you all updated on my progress.
