The NYBT Civil BAT Unit is the place where some of NYBT dedicated members are willing make more civil building for Sim City 4. We have always felt the we need more Fire Stations, Police Stations, Schools, and ect to Sim City 4.   This is another battalion part of the NYBT Division.
