How do I fully patch Simcity 4? I'm aware of the EP1 patch and things like that. What I also want are the mods like the crime doesn't pay mod which fixes police stations and the mod that fixes I-HT not having high wealth jobs. I heard that I-HT not providing any high wealth jobs is because of other mods on the computer. What happens when I put the mod on vanilla Simcity 4 Deluxe/Rush Hour? I want to be able to have a fully patched copy of Simcity 4 Deluxe/Rush Hour without any mods (except the ones that fix bugs), then add some mods to it eventually.
